Questions?
Do you need directions?
That won't be necessary because
we have a GPS navigation system to guide us to your residence.
Do I need to give you a deposit?
No. Normal wear is understandable and any
severe damage to the rental equipment is discussed in the rental
agreement.
Why do you require full payment in advance?
In the past we had a 50/50 payment scheme which
proved to be confusing to the customer. Instead, we collect the
total and hold it until a few days before the event. If a
cancellation is made, your total payment will be refunded without any
fees.
What happens if it rains?
We are happy to assist you in rescheduling or issuing
a refund when notified one day in advance.
What is a good place to check my local weather?
We recommend
www.weather.com. It provides very accurate weather forecasts by
the hour.
What is "local delivery?"
We deliver 20 miles in any direction, to and from our
address.
Locations further out are subject to a 44 cents per mile surcharge.
What do you need from me?
We need access to water spigot and an electrical
outlet. We come prepared with a water hose and electrical extension
cord. We also need to be able to access the set up location by going
on either side of your residence. Please let us know in advance if
your property is inaccessible due to trees or obstacles.
What is a safety supervisor?
It is a parent who volunteers to watch the children
while they play on the rented equipment. Instructions are provided
to the volunteer, which they must read and sign to adhere by.
Do you set up at state parks?
No, I'm sorry we are unable to set up on state
grounds due to strict laws. Michigan law forbids any inflatable toys
on state property.
Do you set up at Apartments?
Yes, we can upon receiving written approval from the
landlord or owners.
Are you insured?
We are established as a Limited Liability Corporation
(LLC). We have chosen this structure because obtaining insurance in
this industry is about $6,000 dollars annually. Many other
companies are forced to pass on this enormous overhead to you, making
typical rentals nearly $599 for only 6 hours of use.
What are my insurance options?
You can check with your homeowners insurance policy
to make sure it covers your guests. In addition, you can check into
event liability insurance.
Are you licensed and bonded?
No, we are not. Our rental assistants will be careful
when entering your property. If you have any pets, please keep them
indoors while the equipment is being set up.
